The Weston Field Club is truly a club run by its
own members. An on-site, full-time manager oversees the daily operations
of the Club under the supervision of a member-elected Board of Governors.
Each Governor chairs a committee responsible for one facet of the
Club's activities and management. Members are encouraged to actively
participate on the committee of their choice.
An annual membership meeting is held in the Fall, and a semiannual meeting in the Spring. Members of the Board are elected at the Annual meeting. At each meeting, the various members of the Board report to the membership.
Any change in policy or in financial obligation to the members is subject to approval by those members present at these meetings (one vote per family). |
