The Ark has come a long way from its humble beginnings
as a drafty, windowless old barn when the club officially opened
in 1948. Today, its warm, rustic atmosphere provides a comfortable
year-round clubhouse, social center and all-around meeting place
for members to gather for conversation, a bite to eat in the dining
room or on the patio, drinks at the bar, or just to relax. The ark
is also the setting for many of our scheduled
activities and social events such as our annual Summer Bash, holiday parties, wine tastings and family dinners. The Ark restaurant is open throughout the winter for our members serving Friday night dinners and Sunday brunch.
The Weston Field Club is proud to boast our very
own chef, Richard Demers, known affectionately as "Chef
Rick." Chef Rick joined our staff in 2008 and prior to the Field Club he worked at the private clubs in Greenwich, CT. Let Chef Rick cater your next party at the Ark!
